I saw a gap in the fitness industry–

 

Yoga often touches on handstands & flexibility but doesn't dedicate enough time to truly master them.

 

My coaching approach provides structured, effective training that delivers real results derived from my gymnastics instructor degree, university-level education in exercise sports science & competition background.

 

Since 2015, I’ve helped people build strength, confidence & flexibility through private coaching (offered in person & online), group classes, workshops & retreats. I make these skills accessible to all levels, so whether you're a dancer, yogi, or complete beginner, I help you unlock new abilities in a fun, inspiring, and empowering way.

Unlike traditional fitness goals focused on appearance, I'm passionate about skill-based training because it fosters long-term motivation, mental well-being, and sustainable progress.
